Summary

  • Build a curated resources section with public and members-only access tiers, tagging, and search.

Motivation

  • Provide high-quality, accessible information with clear access labeling for discovery and members’ needs.

Requirements

  • Accessibility: semantic layouts, keyboard nav, reduced motion, large text.
  • Content: tags, categories, search; clear access tier labels.
  • Performance: lightweight pages; offline-friendly patterns where feasible.

API

  • Resources CRUD; taxonomy; search index endpoints.

Test Plan

  • Accessibility checks; SEO for public pages; analytics without PII/PHI.

Rollout

  • Seed initial taxonomy and sample resources; content QA.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Access tiers enforced; a11y checks pass; search returns relevant results.
