Spec 006: Cultivation Management
Status: Draft Owner: Engineering Team Last Updated: 2025-12-11
1. Overview
The Cultivation Management system is the core operational module for tracking plant lifecycles, batch management, and daily cultivation tasks.
2. Nutrient Management ("The Kitchen")
2.1 Standard Operating Procedure (Front Row Ag 3-2-2)
To ensure consistency across large reservoirs, we utilize the "3-2-2 Stock Concentrate" method.
Production Stock (50 Gallon Drum):
- Part A: 3 Bags (75 lbs). Target EC ~2.9.
- Part B: 2 Bags (50 lbs) + 6 lbs Phoszyme. Target EC ~1.69.
- Bloom: 2 Bags (50 lbs).
Test Stock Protocol (16 Gallon): Used for small scale trials. Scaled by 0.32 (16/50).
- Part A Stock: 24 lbs Part A into 16 gal RO.
- Part B Stock: 16 lbs Part B + 864g PhosZyme into 16 gal RO.
- Procedure: Fill canister to 50% (8 gal), add dry product over 5 mins, top up to 16 gal, mix for 10 mins.
2.2 Dosing & Validation
- Validation: Every stock batch must be validated for pH (5.8-6.0) and EC before being plumbed into the Dosatron injection system.
- Application: Dosing pumps draw from these valid stock concentrates to feed room reservoirs based on the recipe phase (Vegetative vs Flower).
