feat: walkthrough 'completed today' status + 3D viewer spec

- Added /walkthroughs/today API endpoint
- Show clear status when walkthrough is already completed
- Show 'Continue Walkthrough' for in-progress ones
- Added facility-3d-viewer.md spec
- Installed React Three Fiber dependencies
