## Quick Start

**Development**:
```bash
# Install dependencies

bash spec-kit/scripts/ci-checks.sh

## Spec Kit Compliance

This project follows the Spec Kit methodology. Before contributing:

1. Read `spec-kit/checklist.md` for requirements
2. Document decisions in `spec-kit/decisions/`
3. Update `spec-kit/project-plan.md` for new features
4. Run `bash spec-kit/scripts/ci-checks.sh` before committing
